We operate our own weekly van delivery service

✅ Delivery Pricing

Orders of €150 or more (ex. VAT) qualify for free delivery. Orders below €150 are subject to a flat €15 delivery fee. This applies to both van and courier delivery.

📦 How It Works

Once your order is placed, we will select the most suitable delivery method at the time of fulfilment. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is packed and secured, followed by a reminder email with your confirmed delivery date the day before arrival.

🔄 Delivery Method May Vary

In some cases, depending on your location or order size, we may fulfil your order via DPD courier instead of our van service. The same delivery pricing applies regardless of method.

📋 Custom Orders and Regular Supply Clients

Clients on custom or regular supply arrangements, including pallet-based orders, may be subject to a delivery fee regardless of order value. This is due to the higher logistics costs associated with pallet freight, which fall outside our standard courier and van delivery structure. Details of any applicable delivery fees will be communicated at the time of arrangement.

📍 Delivery Location

Please ensure someone is available to accept the delivery. If your premises are unattended, we may not be able to leave the order unless prior arrangements have been made.
