Orders placed before 4 pm, Monday–Thursday are processed the same day.

How it works:

• Order Placed: You place your order.
  
• Collection: DPD collects from our warehouse the next business morning.
  
• Delivery: Parcels arrive the following business day.
  

🚚 Tracking Your Order

Once DPD has collected your parcel, we will send you a tracking number by email or SMS. You can use this to follow your delivery's progress in real-time on the DPD website.

💡 DPD vs. Van Delivery: Based on Order Size
At checkout, all customers see a single Delivery option. We select the most suitable delivery method at the time of fulfilment -- either DPD courier or our own van service -- depending on your location and order size.
